We went there for a wedding and booked our room months in advance. Upon arrival at 2:30 PM on the day of the wedding, we were told that there were no rooms ready. (Wedding to start at 4) We sat in the lobby until 4:30 without any offer of refreshments or alternative arrangements, and worst of all the manager on duty was horrible, unsympathetic, and unhelpful. Needless to say we missed the wedding vows. I am sure this experience was isolated but I would never go back there.
