Sarasota Jungle Gardens: rescued animals, green gardens

Jungle Gardens offers a sanctuary for rescued, donated and sometimes abused animals. Here at the gardens they are given a new life filled with love. You'll see alligators, snakes, crocodiles, exotic birds, free-roaming flamingos, prairie dogs and more.

Animal shows include Birds of the Rain Forest, Reptile Encounter, Birds of Prey and Critters & Things. You can also pose with an alligator at the gardens. 

Kids at Jungle Gardens will enjoy not only the animals, but also the haunted tree, tiger swings, fun slides, the train and the playground.
