Hello. What to say in my self summary...... here we go.

I started darting around the world when I was seventeen, I love traveling. I've lived in China for a while when I thought I wanted to be a doctor of Chinese medicine, but things changed. I also love music. I began playing music at the age of ten, starting with the saxophone. That eventually lead to the piano, then to turntables, then back to the piano, but treating it this time, then to guitar, but table top, this lead to tape loops and minimalist composing, then to pop music but with a classical bend, now back to classical.......... or something like that. Music is still my creative output, but I study French and Russian literature and am in the long process of eventually getting my doctorate in comparative literature. It's maddening at times, but so much fun.

I'm Matt. I was born and raised here in Sarasota, FL. I've spent some time living in Orlando and L.A., and those were fun. I went to Booker for high school and was in the VPA there, then I went to college in Orlando at Fullsail for animation. After I graduated I came back here and tried to find a job in animation. Eventually, I ended up finding work as a cake decorator/baker which was fun but my store closed down. I took off for L.A. to try the animation thing again, and that didn't work out either. So here I am back home and working at Dunkin Donuts (God, I'm loving this recession!) and just doing what I've got to do to get by.

Some of the things I'm interested in are cooking/baking, art, history, politics, traveling, French, foreign cultures/food/media and some of the things I like to do are going to the movies, shopping, having dinner parties, bar hopping, cookouts, playing video games.

Currently, I'm a sophomore Illustrator at Ringling, an art school. Art is really important to me, as is any sort of self-expression. I enjoy movies of all sorts, and almost all kinds of music. Free thought and self-analysis are very important to me; I think a belief isn't worth being held unless it can be challenged, and so I am constantly questioning the things I believe and the values I hold. I love to laugh, so I make a point to do it as many times a day as I can.

Hello, I am a widow with a 12 year old son. i love to make new friends and maybe one day someone special. Love the beaches and the water, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, long walks, renting a movie to watch at home. I am not into the bar scene at all.

Right now i don't have too much to say, i am a thoughtful soul. I love being random, and living life like it matters. I Loveee music! thats my biggest passion next to art. Oh and movies, i love them, and love dissecting them hopefully il make some soon.. college is going by really fast.. i love dreams alot too.

I like to keep busy. In my free time I enjoy spending time with family and friends at barbecues, festivals, parades, concerts, etc. I love spending time with my kids (2 boys) and being outdoors. I like baseball games, nature walks, boating, fishing and the beach... and everything about the Florida Gulf Coast. I enjoy photography and most other arts. I take my camera most everywhere I go! I like music, especially when its live. I listen to almost all music but my typical genres are - folk, blues, southern rock, alternative rock, some alt-country... and anything acoustic. Plus I like to dance to anything with a beat like Cuban, Salsa and Reggae! Also, I love good food and good wine. Especially with good company! I love to cook and entertain others. I'm no gourmet yet... But I'm working on it!

I am a very hands-on kinda girl. I like doing home improvement projects, refinishing furniture, and my own yard work. I've even been known to do some minor auto repairs on my own! I also like to lend my energy to local charities and volunteer at my church and out in my community when I have the time.

I have been in the banking profession for the last 9 1/2 yrs. I started in the retail sales division and later moved into consumer lending and mortgage origination. Though, our recent economy has 'encouraged' me (ha ha) to begin a new career and I am currently pursuing a my nursing degree.

Outside of the office I am a character! I love a good laugh... even if it's at my own expense. I can handle it! I also consider myself fairly adventurous. I'm pretty social, and I love to be in good company. The more the merrier! But I also have my mellow side that likes to be a homebody sometimes too.
